Making Cream Cheese

For you who are cheese lovers, cream cheese must be on your top list on the groceries have to buy list. Some of your of course already having the kind of cream cheese brand that suits to your style. Like YUMMY Cream Cheese that you can find easily on the store nearby. But why don’t you try a little experience on making the cream cheese by yourself.
What we need
-          4 cups, 100 ml whole milk, full fat or non-fat
-          2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
-          1 teaspoon slat
How we make it?
-          Heating on the saucepan, the milk on med-high. Stirring constantly wait until it simmers.
-          Reduce the heat to medium, add the lemon juice one at a time, in a minute interval, with continue to stir it
-          Keep cooking till the mixture curdles, stir till the mixture separated, then you will get green liquid on the bottom and thick curdles, then remove from heat.
-          Lay a sieve with a cheesecloth over a large bowl, pour the cud mix into the sieve. Let it strain and cool down for 15 minutes.
-          Transfer the curds to food processor and process until the curds have some together and become smooth and creamy.
-          Just keep going on the process above, then add salt, taste it. You can also add herbs, garlic or any flavors you like

-          Store your cream cheese in the fridge, the longest time to store is up to 2 weeks.
